Elevate Pelvic Health is a pelvic physical therapy practice founded by Danielle Files PT, MPT, PCES. Elevate Pelvic Health helps adult women and men with all types of pelvic floor dysfunction including leaking urine, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, pain with sex, diastasis recti and pre-hab and rehab for gynecological procedures and prostatectomies. Elevate’s mission is to help you heal well so you can live your life to the fullest without pain. We offer holistic, personalized physical therapy treatments in a private clinical setting.
