The owners Brandon (Cajun), Kirsten (Cajun & Mexican) and Chris (Vietnamese), came together and created something beautiful! A lot of people ask us, “why the Bread Bus?” And it’s a great question. in 2017, Chris and Brandon were trying to name the food truck. Sadly Hurricane Harvey had just hit the area. While in the local HEB Brandon saw everyone scrambling over bread, and it hit him!
